MAKING A PURCHASE
When you make a purchase through the THIKRCO website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
PLACING AN ORDER
The Website contains an instructive guide that will walk you through the process of placing an order. You place your order for any selected items by clicking on the [Confirm Order] button at the end of the on-line order process.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order that will be debited from your Payment card.
Please note that while the Website lists only available Product, there may be occasions due to circumstances beyond ThikrCo's control, where the Product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to you or an immediate refund of any unavailable goods made.
Unless otherwise notified, ThikrCo's acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside ThikrCo's control, which may result in you having not received that email in a timely manner.
We may not accept your order if:
An item you have ordered is out of stock.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
COLOURS
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
PRICING POLICY
At the ThikrCo website you are given an opportunity to select your preferred currency. Prices are linked to the Bahraini Dinar.
All currency priced items will be honoured as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates.
SHIPPING POLICY
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Shipping costs will vary from each country. During high season,
delivery might take a little longer. Please note that ThikrCo is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your
parcel is held at Customs.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED
Thikr Co will not be held responsible or liable for
any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties
are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must
be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are
seized at your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country,therefore kindly check with your local Customs Office
for more information.
PAYMENT
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon upon confirming your order from the ThikrCo website.
You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Payment card to use it.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, ThikrCo will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
All reasonable care, as it is in ThikrCo’s power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part, ThikrCo cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

COMPLAINTS & GOVERNING LAW

The T&C together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the law and the relevant courts of The Kingdom of Bahrain.
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us ThikrCo harmless immediately on demand, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T&C by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
